AI implementation
Put AI to work on a useful task.
One business task. A working workflow. Testing, training, and a clear handover.
Talk with Dr. MarcusWe’ll talk first. You’ll get a clear scope and fee before deciding.
Does this sound familiar?
For owners and operating leaders who want one repeated task handled in a consistent way, with someone responsible for checking and using the output.
- Your team repeats the same drafting, sorting, or information-gathering task.
- People try AI tools, but there is no consistent way to use or check the work.
- You want something implemented, with clear ownership and instructions.
A focused engagement
One AI workflow, built and handed over
We choose one workflow, confirm feasibility, build and test it in tools approved for your business, and train the people who will use it. This is implementation work with a defined handover.
Choose a task worth doing
We map the current work, inputs, expected output, access, and review needs. Examples include an internal report draft, inquiry sorting, or a summary prepared for a person to check.
Build and test the workflow
The agreed delivery plan names who configures the tools and connections. We test representative examples, check the output, and include a human review step and a manual fallback.
Help your team use it
We train the process owner and users, document how the workflow runs, and hand over the configuration, test record, and support arrangements.
What you leave with
- One configured workflow in your approved business tools
- A workflow map and agreed access and review rules
- Test results, a human review step, and a manual fallback
- User training, an operating guide, and a clear handover
How we review progress
We compare the workflow with the original task using agreed examples, time spent, output quality, and exceptions. Useful automation must work reliably enough for the task, with a person accountable for its use.
Your part in the work
You provide a process owner, approved tools and access, and permission to use the agreed data. Your team reviews outputs and owns ongoing use. Tool subscriptions and continuing support are identified before you commit.
A clear scope before we start
The first scope covers one workflow and its agreed connections. Custom software, major system migrations, and autonomous regulated decisions are outside it. Feasibility, technical delivery responsibility, and costs must be clear before a paid agreement.
After we talk, I’ll send a written scope, fee, and timeline. Session count, support, and any onsite work are agreed in advance.
Why work with me?
My operating and leadership background helps connect the business task with the people who will use the workflow. Before you commit, we confirm the tools, the implementation responsibility, and a delivery plan suited to the task.
Leadership includes who we become, how we treat people, and the work we do. That matters in how I work with you.
A few useful questions
Do we need to know which AI tool to buy?
No. Start with the task and the tools you already use. We confirm a workable approach and any additional costs before agreeing to the work.
Is this an AI coaching program?
The engagement includes a configured workflow, testing, training, and handover. General AI education or leadership advisory can be scoped separately.
